- Individual apartment users who choose to pay for services monthly in advance do not have term contracts. The customers may end their service at the end of any calendar month. Individual apartment users are charged $33.00 per month + GST.
- Fees are charged for equipment if that is required, such as a modem, and this equipment becomes the property of the customer when paid for. There are no additional monthly costs for the internet usage over and above the monthly fee chosen.

Peter is a senior Executive having led International Computers Limited (ICL), rebranded as Fujitsu since 2002. Peter also developed over 15 years experience operating the ACMA approved Sunshine Coast ISP specialising in unique broadband technology deployment to Business and Resorts.
Working closely with Queensland Health on innovative technology Peter also directs a group of engineering and manufacturing businesses in Brisbane.
